About Me

Welcome to my romance book site.

I love to read romance novels. I read an average 3 to 4 books a week to escape the technical geekiness of my job. In order to keep my girls from starving while I spend my grocery money to support my book fix, and to keep my home from being overrun with piles of novels. I have setup this site to trade books. Since I can be a dimwit at times I decided to keep a record of the books I read. This record turned into reviews so I would remember if I liked the book I forgot I had read.

I am not particularily funny and my grammer sucks so please don’t expect much. I am a graphic artist and programmer, not an aspiring writer. I have no concept of proper sentence structure, no real knowledge of historical events and living conditions so my opinion is not an educated one. Basically I don’t know jack about many things, but I do know what I like in a novel and what makes me want to spend my money on an author.

You will also notice different forms of advertising on this site. As a web designer it is important that I learn how to use the programming interfaces for sites like Amazon and Ebay for my customers. This site is my experiment site. I do not make much money off the affiliates, only learn how to play with the technology. If the advertising is annoying let me know. Users opinions and input are important to my career. Of course if you are compelled to order something from one of my links feel free to do that also.

Please review my trade list and wish list. If you are interested in making a trade please contact me and hopefully we can work something out. I would love to share my books with you. At this time I am only trading within the United States.

If you are interested in having me review your book (why you would is beyond me though) feel free to contact me. I promise to read it and be honest. I also promise not to sell your ARC on ebay (unless the cable guy shows up again to turn off my service again).

Please excuse the horrible grammer. I am NOT an aspiring writer, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn last night.
